Ordinary Joe Department

Not everyone who joins the agency has a specialised background. Some are just ordinary, everyday people. The agency uses them in a variety of undercover missions, where their skills can be used as part of a cover identity.
- No ability modifiers.
- +1 department bonus to inspiration checks. This bonus increases by +1 at 4th level, and by an additional +1 every four levels thereafter.
- +1 department bonus to Craft and Profession checks. This bonus increases by +1 at 4th level, and by an additional +1 every four levels thereafter.
- Bonus Feat: Ordinary Past. All requirements for this feat – including minimum skill ranks – are waived.
