Modus Operandi is more than a fan site. Modus Operandi is THE unofficial source for espionage roleplaying games on the internet since 1999. It acts as a central intelligence hub providing adventures, rules, character sheets, reviews, and fan fiction.
Founded on 16 May 1999, Modus Operandi is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2024!
When I attempted to open this is said the file was corrupt and it could not open, any other files for it?
That’s the only copy I have of it. It opens and works without issue for me in Office 2013 (although I do have to click the box to enable editing – as is the default in this version of Office for files downloaded from the internet).
Okay that is weird it just opened and worked for me! WOW that is a new one.
Just as a side note which fonts do you use for messages ect for player handouts, I am going over the top for my players to get into this game.
thank you,
It depends to be honest. My favourite is the one used here: Special Elite.
Thank you -so- much for this; you just made my life a hell of a lot easier. What are the chances of a functional version that’ll work with earlier versions of Office?
Unfortunately that doesn’t appear possible. I’ve just tried saving the current version in Excel 97-2003 format but there are functions that are not available in versions prior to Excel 2007.
However, all is not lost. Microsoft have released a Compatibility Pack that apparently lets you “open, edit, and save documents, workbooks, and presentations that were created in the newer versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.”
If you are willing to try it please let me know if it works for you and I’ll update the original entry.
Thanks.
