Bio
Background – Jack Nadir started out as a criminal psychologist and quickly became a master Criminal Profiler and interrogation specialist. Eventually he caught the attention of the CIA who recruited him into the latest iteration of MKULTRA as a psychological specialist. This program continued for a large amount of time but was eventually discovered and shut down.TEMPEST rescued him from a CIA prison and put him to work at once on his own projects.
He established him as a psychiatrist and opened The Institute of the Mind in Manila, Philippines as a front organization for his covert research program. His first assignment was to bring some new people into the fold and he brought RIFT and KODIAK to Chimera and continues his effort to find new recruits. The Institute of the Mind is his new home and he rarely leaves its guarded perimeter always busy with his work.
Description – Astute looking man who typically wears a very expensive suit except when working when he dons a mask (very scarecrow like). He is always with an assistant or two to assist in his “persuasion” tactics.
Attitude – Jack is a a sociopath plain and simple he has long since abandoned his humanity to his research. He is a methodical bastard and warrants lots of oversight (which PANTHER andTEMPEST realize so they have a substantially group on-site).
