OPERATION: Red Sand

This is a short scenario where the characters are special agents of one intelligence organization such as Orion, the CIA, the FBI, Mossad or the one used by you. They are going to assassinate a serbian General that is causing too much trouble.
The agents are supposed to operate undercover with little local assistance; remember them that secrecy and stealth is expected.
