Bio

Background – John Doe was once a stage actor somewhere in Northern New York he thinks. There has been little documentation concerning him apparently he just appeared someday in Brooklyn with a certain talent at being an actor. He was a ghost on the record for a while traveling across the United States popping up in Nashville for a few years then moving to New Orleans. By the time he left there was typically a murder (or more) shortly afterwards under mysterious circumstances.

The Agency lost track of him till two years ago when he tried to infiltrate the Home Office using a masterfully crafted false ID, when questioned he never revealed his true name, this man is a chameleon with an unnerving ability to blend into the environment. He was used as a pawn by Bravo Control in his little civil war within the Agency but disappeared shortly afterwards using another fake ID and some stolen cash. His files were believed destroyed by Bravo Control during the Descension but some pieces of data were recovered.

Description – John is a strange man, he doesn’t seem comfortable in his own skin and must constantly play as someone else which he does with uncanny ease. This has led to many maddening man-hunts by Law Enforcement at all levels for dozens of identity theft cases under numerous aliases. As such he appears to be whomever he is playing at the time and has an uncanny resemblance with many people in databases.

Attitude – Agency psychologists were unable to land a solid psych profile of John Doe #768-2013, they were hesitant to admit the man was suffering from dissociative identity disorder because their research was incomplete before the Descension. However, John Doe #768-2013 did have the hallmark signs of such a disorder and numerous other psychological issues, he is to be considered unstable and potentially dangerous.

Means – Subject #768-2013 is a talented to the point of obsession with taking other people’s identities sometimes killing them, its a weird obsession of his that is slowly being redirected and medicated away. He is a fan of covert operations utilizing poison and silenced pistols whenever possible to eliminate his targets.

Methods – John uses his great skills in disguise and deception to accomplish his objective (or mania either one) and is obsessive about his target wanting to learn everything about them (to a creepy degree). This initial phase would be the best time to move against him (should you be aware what he is doing or find him against the crowd) because its when the psychosis is strongest.

Motives – John’s motives are unclear he seems driven more by his madness than anything else and Vargas has been trying to figure out what caused his psychosis if anything.
