    Does anybody know:
In the Original Top Secret rulebook, c 1980, what font was used for the main body of the text?

Looks like Century Gothic, but I'm not sure.

I don't have the rules anymore to check, but I'm think it did look like Century Gothic.

I sold almost my entire espionage RPG collection: Top Secret, Top Secret/S.I., Espionage, James Bond 007, Mercenaries Spies & Private Eyes, Millennium's End, Spycraft 2.0, and a few lesser known titles.
