Spycraft
Published by AEG in 2002, Spycraft is the only, dedicated, espionage roleplaying game still in publication. This forum is for discussing Spycraft 3.0 (check the child boards for Spycraft 2.0 and 1.0)
Stargate SG-1
Not an espionage roleplaying system, but powered by one. Stargate SG-1, published by AEG in 2003, uses the same rules system as Spycraft.

Mongoose's Top Secret/S.I. game
This is a technothriller and will lean towards gritty/realistic. It's a cross between 24 (time limits) meets Mission Impossible (team work) meets Minority Report (remote viewers, no not field agents/players) meets Metal Gear Solid (stealth tactical) with little to no gadgets (but if you really need them and they are in keeping with gritty, I'll think about it).
